You should (soon) have the February issue by now. Hope you're all enjoying the magazine so far. Since you've made it this far, why not check out the articles page and leave some comments. It's always nice for writers to get some feedback, and if something that someone said generates some discussion, so much the better. Especially the Roadquest questions are meant to be interactive. If you didn't get a subscription yet and would like one, that's still possible. Just contact us or your local Roadside Rep. Please do keep sending in your articles. We love to get them! Just remember that we do have deadlines, so be sure to get them in on time. | | No comments for this item |

The first issue has been printed and you should be getting it from your YPS rep very soon (if you haven't already). With many thanks to those who have already contributed, we ask you all to keep the articles coming. This magazine can be a success only with submissions from people like you. To make sure that things get done on time, we do have a few deadlines to work with. If you'd like to write something for the next issue, please have it in by October 22; otherwise the next deadline is December 10. | | No comments for this item |

The third issue of Roadside Assistance is coming out this week! Just ask your local RA rep for a copy. You might remember that we said at the beginning that there would only be three free issues -- so this is it. From now, RA will be available on a paid subscription basis only. But not to worry, a year's subscription will only set you back $5, and what's that? Only about half an hour's work for many hours of reading and discussing enjoyment!
And just in case you thought you could still get the magazine by reading it online, that's not going to work either. Articles from our latest issue will be posted over the summer, but after that, we'll only post a few thoughts from each article on this website. That way you still have a chance to comment on everything.
So, if you've enjoyed RA so far and want to see more of what's in store, talk to your local rep. Not sure who your local RA rep is? Just check this list .

Roadside Assistance is a new magazine for the young people in our Canadian Reformed churches, and we'd like you to be a part of it. We hope this will be a place for us young people to be able to discuss important issues, to learn, to be encouraged, and to build our identity as Christians in a secular world, all the while building one another up. We'd encourage you to contribute something - an article, meditation, poem, piece of art, or simply your ideas on something you've been thinking about lately. Check out the Contact page for where to send your stuff.
If you've got an idea for something you want to write about, please let us know, so we can keep things coordinated. Or if you'd like to write something but have no clue where to begin, we can give you some ideas too. And if writing's not exactly up your alley, feel free to send in suggestions for what you'd like to see in it, or even just drop us a note to let us know that you're interested. Thanks! | | No comments for this item |
